David Mefford, C.R. – Estimator

	David Mefford is an estimator for UDK Solutions , a leading general contractor specializing in the reconstruction of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire or other destructive forces. Mr. Mefford joined Utah Disaster Kleenup (UDK) in 2001 as an estimator for Utah County . He had previously worked with a restoration firm in Utah County, and brought with him a wealth of knowledge in construction and many key contacts in the Utah county area. Mr. Mefford also has a construction background that began in the 70's with upper end home building and remodeling. With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, he is extremely efficient at managing any type of building project. Mr. Mefford earned his Certified Restorer (C.R.) status in 2006 through the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). The C.R. designation is considered to be the highest vocational certification in the restoration industry. He is also certified in the nationwide trend of advanced drying techniques taught at the Dewald Drying Institute , Morristown, Tennessee.
