Keith Bird is the co-founder and Vice President of UDK Solutions. In 1974 Mr. Bird joined Dennis Jensen and became a partner in Utah Disaster Kleenup, a leading general contractor specializing in reconstruction of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire or other destructive forces.
Since 1974, Mr. Bird has completed nearly every type of residential and commercial project ranging from small single-family dwellings to large commercial office towers and multi million dollar luxury estates. In addition, he supervises UDK's estimating staff and production team, making him the driving force behind the company, and successfully overseeing on average $10,000,000 in property claims each year. Mr. Bird has also been recognized in the restoration and insurance industry as being extremely qualified in mold remediation, and advanced drying techniques. He is a firm believer that Leading Edge Technology = Lowest Overall Cost . In order to give our customers the best possible outcomes, we must be educated in the latest technology, and outfitted with the most up to date equipment. Mr. Bird is certified in the nationwide trend of advanced drying techniques taught at the Dewald Drying Institute, Morristown, Tennessee.
Mr. Bird is well known and respected throughout the restoration and insurance industry. Insurance adjusters have relied on him and his team of estimators to raise the bar when it comes to restoration techniques. His background and reputation for fairness has been the catalyst that attracts over 2000 insurance related referrals each year. Mr. Bird earned his Certified Restorer status in 1989. The CR designation is considered to be the highest vocational certification in the restoration industry. He is a member of the Association of Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR), and also one of the first members of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), and continues to be a major contributor to the overall success the of the DKI network. |
