
Steve Ostler is an estimator for UDK Solutions, a leading general contractor specializing in the reconstruction of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire or other destructive forces.
Mr. Ostler joined Utah Disaster Kleenup (UDK) in 1988. Today, Mr. Ostler is one of UD K's top producers, as he estimates and oversees in excess of $1.5 million in property loss claims each year. Since 1988, he has restored virtually every type of structure imaginable from commercial properties, hotels, single-family residences, condominiums and historical buildings (including the governors mansion in 1992). Mr. Ostler worked his way through college doing drywall and carpentry work. He has a business degree from the University of Utah. His background in the construction business, paired with knowledge and organizational skills of the business world gives Steve an edge in the restoration industry.
He continued his restoration education and became the 100th Certified Restorer (C.R.) in North America through the Association of Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). The CR designation is considered to be the highest vocational certification in the restoration industry. Mr. Ostler is also certified in the nationwide trend of advanced drying techniques taught at the Dewald Drying Institute , Morristown, Tennessee. |
