- Guaranteed Pricing Every 6 Months – Pricing is extracted from the Xactimate database. Pricing cost is released monthly. We offer to lock in every six months, but in essence guarantee the lowest price.
- Customized for Different Properties – We will tour corporate facilities and other mission- critical sites to develop a plan if an incident were to occur. This service is at your discretion.
- Client Information In Database – Information collected on the tour is entered and maintained in a secure database ensuring that we are ultimately familiar with your facilities and able to minimize business interruption.
- 24-7 Live Operator & Emergency Response – Access to an operator and dispatch all hours of the day; with dispatch available 365/24/7.
- Priority Card Members Receive Precedence – A unique phone number and card are provided to your employees at your discretion. The priority card is provided to Priority Customers only.
- No Obligation or Exclusive Contract – While we do require a service level agreement (SLA) you don’t have to use us: but the idea is if we receive a call, we have permission to go onsite and begin mitigation.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – UDK guarantees work regardless of timeframe.
- Peace of Mind – At the end of the day, you may never need to use UDK, but this agreement ensures that you are covered should an incident occur.
