UDK’s 3 Step Job Process:

1. Phone Call Received:

Your call will be received by a live operator 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This ensures that we can ask questions, assess your needs, understand your situation, and dispatch trained technicians with proper specialty equipment  immediately.

2. Certified Professional Assigned:

Based on our assessment by a certified professional on site or over the phone, Utah Disaster Kleenup will determine the resources necessary to mitigate the damage. Standard water damage loss, for example, may include the following processes: water extraction; carpet and pad extraction or removal; antibacterial and antimicrobial application; the placing of accelerated structural drying equipment; contents removal; pack out and on-site storage.

3. The Estimator – The estimator will be your single point of contact from start to finish

Once the initial mitigation is complete (water extraction and the drying equipment placed), your job will be assigned to a Utah Disaster Kleenup estimator. The estimator will be your single point of contact from start to finish. He will be responsible for photo documenting, record keeping, scheduling all repairs, keeping you aware throughout the process, working closely with you and your insurance provider on billing, and ultimately ensuring your job is completed quickly and efficiently.
